Temescal Valley Free Spay and Neuter

Riverside County Supervisor Karen Spiegel’s Second District Team, in partnership with the Riverside County Department of Animal Services, is hosting a free Spay and Neuter Event for dogs and cats on September 29, 2026, at 25655 Santiago Canyon RD, Temescal Valley. Please note that this event is for all constituents who live in distract 2 and who's pet meets the requirements. Please see requirements below. 

Services include spay or neuter surgery, vaccinations, and a microchip with an appointment. Please note that pets must be owned (no feral cats), under 40 pounds, and not flat-faced breeds such as pugs or French bulldogs. Cats must arrive in carriers and dogs must be on a leash. Appointments are limited to two per household, and space is limited.
