Riverside County Supervisor Karen Spiegel’s Second District Team, in partnership with the Riverside County Department of Animal Services, is hosting a free Spay and Neuter Event for dogs and cats on April 2, 2026, at El Cerrito Sports Park (7500 El Cerrito Rd., Corona). 

Services include spay or neuter surgery, vaccinations, and a microchip with an appointment. Please note that pets must be owned (no feral cats), under 40 pounds, and not flat-faced breeds such as pugs or French bulldogs. Cats must arrive in carriers and dogs must be on a leash. Appointments are limited to two per household, and space is limited.
