The City hosted its first-ever Lantern Festival in 2022 and returned this past February to pay homage to the Lunar New Year & the festival returned. The Lunar New Year celebrates spring's arrival and the lunisolar calendar's beginning. The Lantern Festival is a great opportunity for the Chinese community in Eastvale to share their culture with the community. The 2023 festival featured a special lion dance, traditional Chinese dances, delicious food, craft vendors, and a kids' fun zone.  The 2024 Eastvale Lantern Festival will celebrate the Year of the Dragon.
