Phil Paule

With a career spanning more than 20 years, Mr. Paule has extensive experience in local and regional government, having previously led the offices of both Congressional and County representatives. ”I am thrilled to be joining Supervisor Spiegel’s team. I look forward to working with the County of Riverside and our regional partners to continue serving the residents of the Second District,” said Mr. Paule.

Mr. Paule has served fifteen years as a Member of the Board of Directors of the Eastern Municipal Water District, in Southwest Riverside County. A longtime resident of Riverside County, he and his family enjoy traveling and spending time with their two teenage children.
