About American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) Supplemental CID

The County of Riverside was provided funding from the federal government's American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) to accelerate recovery from the economic and health impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic. Grants will be provided to strictly eligible non-profits providing direct relief services and/or serving populations disproportionally impacted by the pandemic. Only non-profit organizations that are exempt from federal income taxation as described in section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code are eligible for ARPA funding. Please note: ARPA Supplemental CID differs from traditional CID funding.

Per Second District policy, all ARPA Supplemental grant allocations will allow an awarded range amount from $1,000 to the maximum of $10,000

If applicants are interested in ARPA CID funding, they will be required to submit both the traditional CID fund application AND the supplemental ARPA application. Please note that this is a one-time funding request.

Please submit BOTH the CID and ARPA CID applications to Liliana Allin at [email protected].
