Madelyn Torres

Madelyn Torres serves as the Board Assistant for Supervisor Karen Spiegel, representing the Second District for Riverside County. As Board Assistant, Madelyn answers public counter inquiries pertaining to board meetings and activities, offers administrative assistance, and helps with the day-to-day maintenance and staffing of the office. In addition, Madelyn is the administrative coordinator for the district’s municipal/community advisory councils. She provides information to public or interdepartmental representatives, as well as composing, organizing, and distributing correspondence. Madelyn handles any and all cases and policy issues related to the Department of Animal Services.

Madelyn obtained her bachelor’s degree from the California State University of Fullerton in Political Science and is working on obtaining her Masters in Public Administration from California Baptist University. She has experience working at federal, state, and local levels of government and was previously a Community Development Coordinator for the Greater Riverside Chambers of Commerce.
