Elysse Rico

As Media Coordinator, Elysse manages and directs the Second District's media and communications functions. Elysse crafts messaging to support the Supervisor's priorities, policies, and initiatives and ensures that messaging reaches the public through various media channels. Elysse manages the Second District social media and website and produces newsletters and other communication materials. In addition, she is responsible for Veteran's Services.

Elysse served with distinction in the U.S. Army, completing a deployment in Afghanistan as part of Operation Enduring Freedom. Elysse obtained her bachelor's degree in Public Relations from California State University, Long Beach. She is a current graduate student studying Communications with a Public Relations concentration at Southern New Hampshire University.
