Deborah Rose

Deborah Rose serves as the Deputy Chief of Staff as well as the Health & Human Services liaison for Supervisor Spiegel. Deborah handles any and all cases and policy issues related to the following fields and county departments: Community Action Partnership (CAP), Child Support Services, Department of Public Social Services, including the divisions of Adult Services, Children’s Services, Self-Sufficiency, and In-Home Supportive Services, Education, Fair Housing, Housing Authority, Homelessness Issues, Office on Aging, Public Health, and Veterans Services. Deborah also oversees the Riverside University Health System, encompassing the county’s Community Health Centers, RUHS Medical Center, and Departments of Behavioral and Public Health, as well as the Second District Senior Centers (Eddie Dee Smith Senior Center, Janet Goeske Center, and Corona Senior Center). Additionally, Deborah represents Supervisor Spiegel on community organizations such as Healthy Jurupa Valley, Riverside Downtown Partnership, The Group, and UNITY. Deborah oversees the City of Jurupa Valley and City of Riverside.
