Amber Smalley

Amber is a Legislative Assistant/Senior Policy Advisor for Supervisor Spiegel and oversees the City of Corona and the City of Eastvale. Amber’s institutional knowledge has contributed significantly to the success of our daily office operations. She has a Master of Science degree in Professional School Counseling and holds a Pupil Personnel Services Credential from California Baptist University. Her passion for helping others has made her instrumental as the liaison for Education, Student of the Month initiatives, Housing Authority, and the Workforce Investment Board. In addition, Amber plays a pivotal role in homeless and youth homeless initiatives.
