RCTC celebrated the opening of the 15/91 Express Lanes Connector with a ribbon-cutting ceremony in December. The new connector opened on November 21 - providing motorists a seamless transition from the eastbound 91 to northbound 15 and southbound 15 to westbound 91 Express Lanes, saving time and allowing for a reliable commute.
