Supervisor Spiegel Dresses Up for Norco's Trunk-or-Treat

Supervisor Spiegel had a spook-tacular time at the Norco Sheriff's Station's 2023 Trunk-or-Treat event at the Ingalls Event Center. The Supervisor was enchanted to see so many creative and spirited costumes on our young residents. 

Thank you to the City of Norco and the Norco Sheriff's Station for hosting this fantastic event and allowing the Supervisor the pleasure to participate in it.
