Second Street Family Apartments Break Ground to Expand Affordable Housing in Corona
January 26, 2026
Community leaders and partners gathered in Corona to celebrate the groundbreaking of the Second Street Family Apartments, marking an important milestone in expanding affordable housing opportunities for local families.
The 115-unit development will provide much-needed housing for families earning between 30 and 70 percent of the Area Median Income, including dedicated units for families experiencing homelessness. The project is designed to promote stability and create opportunities for families to grow and thrive within the community.
The County of Riverside supported the project through its Housing Homelessness Incentive Program, reflecting a continued commitment to addressing housing needs, strengthening neighborhoods, and creating long-term community impact.
