NOMINATIONS CLOSED

The Second District is now accepting nominations for the 2026 Woman of the Year, an annual recognition honoring women who have made meaningful social and economic contributions to their communities.

In celebration of International Women’s Day on March 8, 2026, the Riverside County Board of Supervisors will recognize outstanding women from each supervisorial district whose leadership, service, and dedication have strengthened their communities and expanded opportunities for others. Award recipients will be honored during a presentation at the Riverside County Board of Supervisors Meeting on March 3, 2026, at 9:30 a.m., held at the County Administrative Center in Riverside.

Residents are encouraged to nominate women who live or work in the Second Supervisorial District and who have demonstrated innovation, community leadership, and a commitment to creating positive change. Nominations must include a written statement outlining the nominee’s accomplishments and impact, in accordance with the program criteria.

Nomination Deadline:
All nomination materials must be submitted by February 16, 2026.
